Q: Do you have any in-stock items?
A: All of our ironwork is custom manufactured to job specifications, so we do not have any pre-made items on the shelf.
Q: How do I get an estimate?
A: Give us a call, send an email, or submit the CONTACT form on this website. We will schedule a time to meet to discuss your project, and provide you with a bid.
Q: Do you charge for estimates?
A: Estimates are provided with no cost or obligation.
Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: Yes, our showroom is located in Savage, MN and features many samples of our work, as well as hundreds of photographs of jobs we have completed.
Q: I have heard that ironwork will rust.
A: Properly coated ironwork is one of the most durable products you will ever put on your home. We take great care in our 3-part dip and paint process to ensure the long-lasting beauty of every piece of iron leaving our shop. Once installed, and with regular touch up of minor nicks and scratches, rust will never be a problem.
Q: What type of maintenance will my ironwork need?
A: Custom ironwork is not maintenance free, but it is a low maintenance product. Occasional touch up of nicks and scratches should be done. Light cleaning on an annual or semi-annual basis will also help maintain the finish. With minimal effort, you will enjoy your ironwork for many, many years.
Q: Do you ship ironwork?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship. Due to the size and weight of most of our work, the packaging and freight make it cost prohibitive. We feature a wide service area in Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin, and we can always arrange for pick up at our shop in Savage, MN.
